Nice place to live. Not quite as expensive as the other complexes along Apache. Brand new, built in 2017. Two nice pools and pretty clean property

Nice spacious apartments for the price. Gated complex with keyFOB doors which is nice. Convenient location. I personally have had all maintenance requests resolved promptly.

My experience with Tempo Apartment Complex has been very positive overall. The apartments are not cheap, but they're worth every penny for the luxury amenities, convenient location, beautiful/spacious apartments, and friendly/professional staff. A freak monsoon/microburst hit the complex which unfortunately caused some water damage in my unit, and management went above and beyond to compensate me for the inconvenience. I was thoroughly impressed by their handling of the situation and feel confident that if something were to go wrong during my stay here, the staff would bend over backwards to make things right.

My fiancé and I just moved in at the end of June! About 3 weeks in and we are loving it so far. We stopped in to view the apartment a couple different times before we applied and each time we had a different staff member assist us, all were wonderful. During the last visit before we made things official we got to pick the exact floor layout, floor level, direction of the unit, and color scheme we wanted. AND see each individual apartment that we saw was available with what we were looking for until we found the perfect unit for us (we looked at 5-6 different units) and the leasing agent was patient and friendly the entire way. The application process was quick and simple and we were approved and had all documents in and finalized in about a week and a half. Dejia was quick to respond to any questions and emails that we had! And move in day was a breeze thanks to her! She kept us laughing and organized the entire morning. The community and apartments aren't just beautiful, but also clean, and spacious! We have been loving the pools and using all of the amenities. We have been recommending this apartment complex to all of our friends. If you haven't already please consider stopping by and taking a tour of this community!

The complex, the buildings and the amenities are to die for. The rooms, bathrooms and closets are all very spacious and everything is brand new. The pool area is a great area for relaxing & entertaining and I'm sure the fireplace will be amazing in the winter. Because it is a new building there were a couple things I had to call maintanence for but the maintance service here is outstanding! If I put in a work order, maintance will be in the next day (sometimes the day of if you put it in early enough) to solve the problem. I also love the Starbucks coffee machine but they need to get the Chai Tea back in the machine for those of us who don't acutally like coffee (I was drinking chai tea on the daily before they stopped getting it)!!
