Their customer service is so nice. They are very helpful when it comes to solving issues. I like the apartment I am living in very much, it looks brand new and the kitchen tools are modern. The place is very secured and the monthly rent is reasonable to pay.

April and the staff know how to run this place, keep the place in its tip-top shape, and are very responsive to your emails if any issues come up. The amenities are great as well

Just moved in about a week ago, Lisa was amazing. She made the move in process very easy and answered all the questions I could think of. The price is as good as it gets for the location. 2 nice pools, parking is decent, and the apartments are very new. I'm not sure how many apartments have this, but ours has 2 AC units so if you have a roommate that likes it extra cold/hot that's an easy fix here. Expect to pay a couple hundred more than advertised price (this goes for most apartments) for water/utilities etc. I have had all maintenance requests handled in a very timely manner. I think most of the bad reviews are because of the previous management and from people who expect perfection for a discount. I really like it here!

Nice place to live. Not quite as expensive as the other complexes along Apache. Brand new, built in 2017. Two nice pools and pretty clean property

This place is the best! I’ve been to so many places and this lady Maria was so helpful and very sweet she gave the best tour ! The place is beautiful and clean !
