I’ve been renting at this location for over 4 months now. I did have a small issue, Daniel was GREAT! He helped me with great attitude, while his partner Eddie too made himself helpful. I give these apartments a 10/10 not only that but the maintenance team. Smooth experience, I highly recommend. 👌🏾

I was having issues with hot water not working in my apartment and the maintenance team (Eric and Danny) did such a wonderful job. they fixed it a day after my request, and were very kind and professional!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Eric Went Above & Beyond! Eric did an exceptional job! He worked extremely hard and truly went above and beyond what I expected. His work ethic was so impressive that I would hire him myself! He took the time to move all of the appliances to make sure the job was done thoroughly—even removing the food from the microwave so everything could be properly moved and addressed. He also caulked all of the bathrooms and paid close attention to the details throughout the apartment. What I appreciated most was that Eric did not rush. He took his time and made sure the work was completed correctly. Eric is hardworking, thorough, professional, and takes pride in his work. Employees like him are definitely worth recognizing. He completed all of the repairs I requested, including thoroughly caulking throughout my entire apartment. What impressed me most was that Daniel did not rush the job. I recently stopped by while doing some early shopping for a possible future apartment, and I had a really good experience with the management team. They were friendly, welcoming, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel pressured. Due to a possible transfer in my job, I’m still in the early stages of looking, but the way I was treated definitely left a good impression. The staff seemed genuinely interested in helping and made me feel comfortable from the start. This is definitely a community I would consider when I’m ready to make a decision.
